fetch Solutions, Inc., is an Internet marketing and technology company providing on-demand, multi-tenant web based SaaS (Software as a Service) private e-Catalogs and a B2B services to the mid-tier component Industry. fetch becomes the Internet Sales Division for the partnering customers. During Phase 2 –fetch will roll out with their partners an alternative “One-Stop e-Catalog -- for all our distributors and manufacturers to compete with the top-tier catalog houses. A modest start up fee and a sales commission for internet transactions provides the revenue stream.

fetch Solutions is owned jointly by cronin strategic partners (a consulting firm providing Internet Consultative Marketing and Sales Services to the vertical electronic component community) and i-Mark, Inc. (i-Mark is a Software and Professional Services company that provides Internet applications to enable manufacturing companies to create new business opportunities, support sales channels, improve customer service, and grow profitable revenue). i-Mark has been building out robust e-Catalogs within the components vertical space since1998.

The fetch Solutions e-Catalog provides five key features that the global internet savvy customers are demanding today. (Distribution Industry Magazine –winter 2007) They are: Up-to-date content, availability of technical specifications, pricing information, product images, and online e-Catalog search by specifications. Once the e-Catalog is populated for the partner the maintenance and updating will be provided by the customer.

Over the coming months our intention is to form a committee of strategic partners whose function it will be to work as a Collaborative Team in developing further the additional tools and applications to allow fetch Solutions to be the industry’s SaaS platform of choice for all the mid-tier to effectively compete on the Internet. Our intended partners at fetch will be franchised distributors, component manufacturers, manufacturing representatives, and other supply-chain partners.
