Top-Tier Distributors will NOT be Competitive for the Future!

Avnet Electronics is the largest Global Distributor. The article below provides evidence that they will lose market share and profits as the industry transforms the way they transact business (Avnet feels the Industry Slowdown). Avnet and Arrow should be leading the change, but they have elected to maintain 85 traditional sales locations around the globe, and they maintain thousands of employees to run their business the way it has been run for the last 30 years.

The winners are going to be the Mid-Tier manufacturers and distributors that "Outsource" their Internet business to the fetch virtual Sales-Chain Solution
. Our Collaborative partners will not have any additional brick and people to pay for( fetch Stage 1). All the transactions that fetch provides to their partners will generate 29-39% less expenses (view doc.) for their Virtual Sales platform. fetch can have this Virtual Sales platform transacting virtual sales within 2 months after their contract with fetch has been signed and approved.

fetch intends to roll out The Fetch Collaborative e-Catalog offering to compete with today's component catalog suppliers during Stage 2 which will be Q4 2008.

fetch will now provide a Virtual Marketplace for all Mid-Tier suppliers and distributors that want significant profits, no additional brick and mortar, and na additional people. fetch Solutions will be their Virtual sales force.
